CNC Laser Operator

Join our team in the CNC Laser department, where you will ensure the smooth production process using modern 2D and 3D laser cutting machines and laser welding equipment.

In our modern facility, you will be involved in medium-series production using advanced technologies such as deep drawing, laser cutting, and welding.

Your role

  • You will operate and assist in setting up CNC machines, ensuring their optimal performance.
  • You will monitor product quality according to the latest standards and control instructions, ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • You will be responsible for the reconstruction, setup, and ongoing maintenance of 2D and 3D laser cutting machines and the laser welding machine.
  • You will work with a team of specialists in a 2- or 3-shift system, collectively achieving production goals.
  • You will maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace according to company guidelines.
  • You will actively propose ideas for improving production processes and share them with your supervisors.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Combines accuracy with a practical approach and a willingness to grow.
  • Is motivated to work with advanced technologies.
  • Is looking for a stable workplace in a modern production environment.
  • Has the ability to operate CNC machines.
  • Is proficient in English or Dutch at a communicative level.
  • Is ready to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
  • Can adhere to quality standards and maintain order in the workplace.
  • Is open to collaborating with the team and sharing ideas to improve processes.
